Product images marked as concept samples illustrate our intended style and are not customer testimonials or guarantees of an identical result. Custom work involves artistic interpretation and natural variation in color, texture, proportions, and fine detail.
4. Your Photos and Instructions
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide every photo, video, name, message, or other material submitted with an order. You grant us and our production partners a limited license to use that material only to quote, design, produce, quality-check, support, and deliver your order, unless you separately consent to publication.
5. Orders and Acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if a product is unavailable, content cannot be produced lawfully or safely, pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or the order conflicts with our content policy. We will notify you and provide any refund due.
6. Prices, Payment, Taxes, and Shipping
Prices are shown in the displayed currency. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown before payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. KooGift does not store full payment-card numbers or security codes.
7. Preview, Revisions, and Approval
We provide a complimentary preview by email, with adjustments included during the review process. For 3D figurines, the preview shows the digital model. For clay figures, it shows the actual piece at the review stage. You are responsible for reviewing names, text, pose, composition, colors, and other details before approval.
Once you approve, we may continue production. Changes to approved details may be unavailable or subject to additional cost and time. Approval does not waive rights relating to defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.
8. Production and Delivery Estimates
Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays may result from requested revisions, incomplete instructions, carrier events, customs, force majeure, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk and title pass as required by applicable law.
9. Changes, Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Available options depend on the order’s stage. Custom products are not returnable merely for change of mind, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.
10. Acceptable Use and Content
You must not use the website or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, harmful, or intended to violate another person’s privacy or rights. We may refuse content or orders that breach our Content Policy.

The website, branding, software, text, and original KooGift materials are owned by or licensed to us. You retain rights in your submitted materials. Unless separately agreed, purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in our production methods, templates, software, or website content.
12. Disclaimers and Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by inaccurate customer instructions, unauthorized source materials, or events outside our reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by your applicable consumer law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes
